Gary and I treated ourselves to a walk in our local arboretum a few
Saturdays ago. Our weather patterns have been a little off here in lower
New York State. Due to a few late frosts and a very dry spring, the
tulips were not at their best, but, we managed to get some great color
shots despite the ragged petals. Hope you enjoy.
My parents live in an older neighborhood downstate and I have always been impressed by the azalea display every spring. Thos tulips are beautiful! Love it when there is dark purple mixed in.

Thank you for the comments. It was a beautiful temperate day- since then it has been chilly, windy and often rainy. We lucked out.
